Vendors Welcome
Showcase your brand
You are cordially invited to participate in this exciting opportunity to showcase your yoga and lifestyle-related products and services to an interested and motivated audience of approximately 400 Iyengar yoga teachers and practitioners from New England and all over the United States.
Attendees include internationally known instructors, senior Iyengar teachers, experienced Iyengar teachers and teacher trainees, studio owners and dedicated students, all of whom set trends and influence others. Vendors will benefit by having their products and services directly marketed to this targeted audience.

Increase your sales
In addition to selling your products directly to the convention participants, this opportunity enables you to showcase your business there, building brand recognition, generating sales leads, and reaching studios and teachers.
Vendors at the last IYNAUS conference held in Las Vegas in 2007 reported great satisfaction with sales. Iyengar yoga is very prop friendly, and we imagine that sales of props, as well as yoga clothes and accessories, will do quite well. IYNAUS supports vendors who are ecologically sound and who do not use sweat shops for production.

Vendor Fees
The entrance fee for vendors is $200 per 10’ x 10’ vending space, payable directly to IYNAUS. In addition to the vending space, this fee includes:
- Access to a locked room that may be used by vendors for merchandise storage.
- Supervision of the exhibit area by a security guard from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM each night on Friday and Saturday, October 16 and 17. Note: At all other times, vendors are responsible for the oversight of merchandise stored in the exhibit area.
- Unloading and reloading of goods from personal vehicles, including mini-vans, station wagons and pick-up trucks, may be completed by vendors at the RICC loading dock at no charge.
- Pushcarts are available for use moving merchandise to the vendors’ area. However, there is a charge to unload and reload all commercial vehicles. A commercial vehicle is defined as any truck, including box trucks of any size and all rental vans, and any vehicle with commercial license plates or commercial information on it. See below for more information.

Extra Vendor Services
Extra vendor services available through RICC include but are not limited to table rental, electricity, computer, telephone, banner/sign hanging and parking passes. Vendors should contract for services directly with RICC Exhibitor Services by visiting the web site or by calling 401-458-6100.
Labor charges for unloading and reloading merchandise from commercial vehicles are based on an hourly charge with a minimum of two persons performing labor, and a four-hour time minimum. We anticipate grouping commercial vehicles arrival and departure times to help defray these costs among those using the service. The service will be paid by vendors directly to RICC.
WiFi computer access within the exhibit area can be provided through RICC at an extra charge. Please note on the Vendor Application and Fee Schedule if you need wifi access within the exhibit area. Please note that complimentary wireless hotspots for laptop users are located at the Metro Cafe and Terrace Cafe.
